When you submit a form, T&W stores your contact details, job address, project description, and selected photos in private server storage to review your request and arrange service. An email notification with the request and photos is sent to tim.twhandyman@gmail.com through our email-sending provider.

Submitted photos are not added to the public project gallery. Do not upload passwords, payment details, identity documents, or other sensitive information. Contact Tim to request access to or deletion of your submission; records needed for an approved project may be retained for business recordkeeping.

A temporary, essential form-security cookie protects submissions. Optional Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Allow analytics.” It measures website visits, pages viewed, phone-button clicks, and successfully saved estimate or maintenance requests. Google processes technical information such as browser, device, approximate location, and analytics cookie identifiers. We do not send your form contact details, job address, project description, work order, or uploaded photos to Analytics. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled. Your analytics choice is stored on this device for up to 180 days. Choose “Analytics choices” in the footer to change or withdraw it. We honor browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. See Google’s privacy policy. Our hosting and email providers process information to provide these services. Public pages and images may be saved on your device for limited offline use; form entries, submitted photos, and request responses are excluded from this cache.
